“I had a breakdown on a Friday night /Saturday morning (July 13, 2019) on interstate 74 not far from Bloomington. Alone scared and in need of help, I googled towing near me and I was received by a friendly voice. I was advised that all trucks were busy but I would have help within an hour and a half. An hour and 20 minutes later I was taken care of by Dave who was respectful, helpful and made me (a female alone at 1:20 am) feel safe. He hooked my broken van and flat bedded it safely and drove me to a safe place where I could get taken care of first thing in the morning.
